Jon Jessup -- CEO and Founder

As the CEO and founder of Cloud Conversion, Mr. Jessup brings 13 years of on-demand software experience to the company's objective of innovation and success in the cloud.

Mr. Jessup graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University in 2001, with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Computer Science.

After Princeton, Jon joined the Oracle Corporation in Redwood Shores, CA. At Oracle, he worked on the eBusiness Suite, including Oracle Exchange, Oracle Purchasing and Oracle iProcurement. Jon moved to Park City, UT in 2005, and continued working at Oracle from a distance.

Upon leaving Oracle, Jon served as a senior software engineer at Infopia, and later served as the technical evangelist for the Infopia Transact eCommerce platform. At Infopia, he lead the development and adoption of the first B2C and eCommerce application on the AppExchange, which won 2006 Salesforce "Appy Award" for Breakthrough Application of the Year.

Having worked with Salesforce on many different levels for over three years, Jon is passionate about helping companies leverage Salesforce technologies to nurture innovation and optimize business effectiveness.

Jon was a three-time Ivy League Champion and Princeton school record holder in the Pole Vault. He now enjoys skiing the perfectly manicured slopes of Deer Valley, powder at Alta and competing in local ski races in Park City. He is a passionate private pilot, and actively supports The National Ability Center in Park City and Princeton Track.

Debbie Nisson -- Vice President of Marketing

Ms. Nisson has more than twenty years experience in a variety of marketing and communications positions. Recently, she has done marketing consulting for several start-up ventures.

Ms. Nisson was Director of Marketing and Communications at Infopia, a provider of eCommerce SaaS solutions, where she was responsible for developing brand identity and market awareness. She was instrumental in developing key marketing programs and launching their annual user conference.

Prior to that, Ms. Nisson was a marketing consultant for Venafi, the market leader in systems encryption management. While at Venafi, she developed a successful marketing program targeting Fortune 500 customers nationwide.

During the early 90’s Ms. Nisson was Director of Client Services at Williams & Rockwood Advertising and Studio Director at Adrian Pulfer Design. Prior to that she was a Sr. MarCom Manager at Novell where she developed and managed marketing programs for the sales organization including National Accounts, the Government Systems Group, and the Higher Education group.

Ms. Nisson has held Board positions with various non-profit organizations including the Salt Lake Children’s Justice Center, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, Ballet West Ambassadors, and the Salt Lake Art Center. She co-founded the Salt Lake Children’s Film Festival to bring awareness to filmmakers producing quality children’s films while raising funds for children’s charities.

Ms. Nisson graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Mass Communications.

Dr. Jonathan Meer -- Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University in 2002, with a degree in Economics and a Certificate in Applied and Computational Mathematics.

Dr. Meer received a PhD degree in Economics from Stanford University in 2009, and currently conducts research and is an assistant professor of Economics at Texas A&M University. Recent work has included examining the role of social pressure in charitable giving, as well as long-term habit formation in giving and is the author of "The ABCs of Charitable Giving" and "The Habit of Giving."

Dr. Meer brings his financial and operational experience, as well as a unique perspective and passion for philanthropy to Cloud Conversion. He also uses Cloud Conversion technology in his research.

Tora Harris -- Chief Innovation Officer

After graduating from Princeton in 2002 in Mechanical Engineering, and as an eight-time Ivy League Champion, three-time All American and three-time National Champion in the High Jump, Tora continued his training and competed for the United States at the 2004 Olympics in Athens Greece.

Having competed all over the world, Tora brings brings his international experiences to Cloud Conversion. Mr. Harris is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese. He lived in Beijing, China while training for the 2008 Olympics and makes frequent trips to Asia.

Cloud Conversion endeavors to leverage the spirit of the cloud, so instead of the normal definition of a CIO, Tora focuses his efforts on innovating in the cloud.
